Number Cruncher software generates math problems that pupils answer by writing with a pen or their finger. The software then indicates whether or not responses are correct.  Free to download.

Speller

Speller software prompts students to spell words by writing or by dragging letters into place. The software gives audio signals to indicate correct and incorrect attempts.

Learners of all ages can transform ideas into music they can hear instantly. Students select time signatures, arrange notes and lyrics on music sheets, and choose instruments or voices to perform their composition. Scores can be printed or published on the Web.
